I have the Blade 15 Advanced Early 2022. somehow the keyboard backlight settings are overridden when logging in. When I boot up the laptop, it has whatever I set in Polychromatic (for example starlight, etc.). But as soon as I login, some process seems to override it and set the keyboard backlight to permanent on.
I already tried to set acpi_backlight=none or acpi_backlight=vendor - but didn't change anything.
I also set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power ambient-enabled false - also didn't change anything.
A log I see in journalctl is pop-os system76-power[1086]: [ERROR] hid_backlight: no system76_acpi::kbd_backlight led - maybe some clue here?

Could be that it's openrazer restoring the effects to the last known effect. Maybe try restore_persistence = False in ~/.config/openrazer/razer.conf ?
