Exemplar Links lie below the UI button #671

When I manually insert the HTML code Google it creates a clickable link but then has a visual appearance that should be considered a bug.

Expected behavior is that the link will be within the Exemplar button UI or that http or www will automatically make it a link

General HTML can't be entered as the field requires a URI. This should probably be validated and also mentioned in the dialogue.
