When you do an import you can't tell why it fails. Just "error importing file:"

End users don't have ability to surf thru logs

I am having the same issue importing a Package file I generated. Is there somewhere in the docker container where the error logs can be read? The XHR response on import is just a 500 Internal Server Error and I don't see anywhere on the filesystem where logs are being written.
