This ticket can gather needs and feedback on a new front page schema.

Need: Ability to group under a larger organizational heading.
Proposal 1:
Use CASE fields to group

Proposal 2:
Allow manual 'folder' creation and manual ordering

How hard would this be though? We would need a method to add a folder and place frameworks in there to override the automatic ordering too...
