Bug Description: As an editor, when I copy a parent node from destination to origin, the order of the child statements becomes out of order on some frameworks.
Steps to reproduce:
Use the Copy tab to copy a parent with several child statements to an existing framework; on several frameworks the order becomes different.
Problems so far noted with the HF Math Framework and the CCRS. I see Sequence Numbers on the IsChildOf associations in the JSON so am unsure why some frameworks copy ok and others don't.
