There are some example Kubernetes manifests:

https://github.com/openshift-knative/showcase/tree/86e484eee57c45301a9d78ab8a0aea7402789318/quarkus/src/main/kubernetes

Maybe they should be moved to the top level, to be easier to find. Also, a bit of documentation about them will be helpful.
