Option to run bulk action on a search result

UseCase: Find and revoke all certificates matching a certain search query on the "cert search" interface.

The current solution to export the result and import this into another workflow does not scale for large numbers of certificates as the export is limited and the handling of larger lists in the current workflow loop is expensive.
