@StephenYu2018 Does this happen regularly (after re-running), or did it just happen once? If regularly, we might need to dig more into it ... perhaps actions/setup-python#470 is related. If not, then could you please file this as an issue (and provide enough info there for contributors to understand what the relevant part of the original log looks like, since CI logs get deleted after a while)? I think we should treat it as a standard flake report and try to put in a retry for it if we detect it in the future, since what's happening seems to be (at least in part) some kind of network connection error.
