Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the carousel implementation (see donate-learners-container) in this donate-page.component.html is built from scratch using HTML,CSS,TS code.

Describe the solution (or solutions) you'd like

The aim of this issue is to use the new carousel implementation followed in this project #19850 for this carousel in the donate page.
