The information in database tab is inaccurate after introducing BYOV #202

Now wls-on-vm offerings support bring your own vNet feature, user can create a new or specify an existing vNet in the Networking tab, the wording created by the template in Database information is inaccurate in case user chooses an existing vNet:

This issue exists in the following 4 offers:

Note: for wls-on-aks offer, user can't customize vNet in the Configure AKS cluster tab. However, user can choose to create a new cluster or select an existing one, which means the wording created by the template is also inaccurate if user chooses an existing AKS cluster where the vNet is already there.
