Describe the bug

I turn "Enable Kubernetes cluster" on but my Kubernetes can't be accessible
I'm seeing the Loading round spinner, on Kubernetes windows

image

To Reproduce

  1. Install a fresh new Orbstack with the 1.5.1 version (latest stable)
  2. Tick "Enable Kubernetes cluster"
  3. go to Kubernetes tabs in the app Windows : you should see the spinner

Expected behavior

Kubernetes should be accessible

I tried to delete 3 times the Orbstack app, to delete the .orbstack folder too and unfortunately, all my containers / vms too but the issues still here
