Documenting the most used community created github actions

Lets try to document the most useful github actions that we know that are not produced by GitHub or a specific vendor.

Community actions

• Vampire/setup-wsl - A GitHub action to install and setup a Linux distribution for the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)
• GabrielBB/xvfb-action - Run your tests headlessly by starting xvfb in background
