Github Projects for non-tech projects

I am after some advice/guidance on Github projects.

We create physical products and use Google Sheets to track information. We also use a to-do list app to track tasks/projects we are working on.

Would Github Projects be a good project management solution for projects that don’t involve code? or would I be better off looking for a platform less focused on code?

I think Teamhood or Trello would be better for your case.

I don't think GitHub would be a solution for this situation. GitHub is a bit of a complex platform, filled with a lot of software terminology. Someone unfamiliar with technology might get lost in it.
