Why does the API only list contributors who have contributed to the main branch? #38914

it's more than 105 contributors as per the Graph, it's only displaying the top 100 contributors |

The
contributors
endpoint for repositories only lists the contributors for the main branch apparently, which is weird because contributions made to other branches get ignored. For example, we have this repo https://github.com/t3-oss/create-t3-app where according to the contributors page, we have 102 unique contributors but the API returns only 81 contributors.Beta Was this translation helpful?
