Scroll events not fired when using Chrome devtools device mode

I'm on Angular 16 with the 16th version of the package.
I was on Angular 14 but upgraded my app to match the latest version of the ngx-infinite-scroll package.

The issue is happening on the 14, 15 and 16 versions.

Here is my script:

It is working without using the device mode
