Documentation about profiles

Hi, dep-scan supports different profiles: appsec, generic, operational and etc. Can you please add some documentation about differences and cases where I should use each one? (and also which profile is default)

@0x123456789, currently, they are passed as-is to cdxgen to influence the SBOM output. We could expand the use of profiles in v6. Regarding documentation, we are <3 So, would appreciate new contributors who are willing to learn and help with documentation and other activities.

Thank you, can you please also tell is any way to skip private dependensies from analysis? flag --no-error seams doesn't work :(
