Asm/arm/7zCrcOpt.asm is unused? #173

In 21.07, although there is Asm/arm/7zCrcOpt.asm, it seems that it is unused.

Maybe an additional rule should be added in CPP/7zip/7zip_gcc.mak?

Actually I'm not sure if it is used in Igor's official binary. I don't see it in nmake.
