Should add a troubleshooting section for this:

• check in UI if package exists, and if version exists -> no? trigger an update? get in touch with support?
• if they do exist, then check if your composer.json has the repositories section set up properly, all mirrors removed, just private packagist present, can't load private packages if you don't tell composer you want to use private packagist
• if that doesn't help, you probably have a conflict of version requirements that makes it impossible to install this version
