Hi,
I noticed when opening a saved view which uses certain filter properties (i.e. tag "Inbox") filtering inside this view and then trying to open a document it does not get opened but instead paperless asks whether unsaved changes should be saved to this view. I can close the dialogue and then the desired document opens. Here are the steps to reproduce:
As a user I was quite confused as I expected the document to be opened. I clicked "Abort" as I thought I made a mistake which did not open the document. --> Goal not reached.
Now I noticed I should simply click "Close" and then the document opens. This does not really seem intuitive to me. I understand why this dialogue opens as the user implicitly closes the view in order to open the document. But somehow this is counter-intuitive as in most cases users do not want to save the view in such a case (at least that is my gut-feeling).
It is an edge case but I suggest to close the view without saving and prompting and simply opening the document. I would then expect when closing the document I end up in the filtered view again. So in this case: "Inbox" tags and still all documents containing with "Billing". What do you think?
