FileNotFoundError on export command

Hello everyone, I wanted to start the export, but now I have the problem that an error message appears.

"FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/src/paperless/media/documents/originals/Philipp/Bank/Jahresteuerbescheid/2023/2023-12-31_Beleg Steuererklärung 202X,Ph_Jahressteuerbescheinigung_20240305.pdf'"

but I can't find the document under originals or archive. Furthermore, the folder "2023" was not created at all.

How can I fix this? I have tried to stop the containers and a test file with the appropriate name and link directory. Unfortunately this did not work as the same error message appears again. What can I do?

I can't find the file via the interface either.

It’s related to encoding and the umlauts. Don’t have a link on hand but you’ll find some similar threads. Unfortunately generally not something we can control on our side

Hmm, yes, but if one file or directory is missing the entire export stops dead and fails. Surely that is something that is well within your control.

If one file is corrupted or missing then that file may be lost. That is a thing that happens from time to time. However there is no reason for such an occurrence to corrupt the entire installation (or ability to transfer the data & paperless installation to another location etc).

Are you sure? As a beginner, I have not found a connection between my problem and the umlauts. The umlaut problem is rather related to ocr?

The problem is that I cannot display an export without an error message

I suppose I’m not certain but since I read 99% of the threads here I have a good feeling. Again I don’t have a link on hand, but the issues I’m thinking of have to do with the accented characters in the filename, not in the document/ocr which looks rather similar to this

Okay, unfortunately I can't find a solution to this problem anywhere. What I don't understand is that the problem is a "very simple" one that can happen from time to time. Is there no way to delete them from the database? I find it curious that it is not found in paperless either. Without a solution, I can't perform an export and would theoretically have to set everything up again, which would be utopia.

no one has a solution for this simple problem? Unfortunately, paperlessngx is not usable for me. Even if I reinstall it, the obstacle is too big
