django.db.utils.ProgrammingError AND loading donut permanently rotating in view "Startseite"

Hi y'all,

after upgrading to 2.8.2 (continues after upgrade to 2.8.3) I get this error while importing a pdf.

I use the tteck upgrade skript.

In addition the loading donut is permanently rotating in view "Startseite"

The tteck skript shows this error:

This is some problem with this upgrade script. We didn't support that, so I'd ask it's creator.
