Can I run transforms on specific files?

I am trying out Parcel on a new project after using Webpack for years. I do 2D game development, and when working with tile maps it is necessary to run tile extrusion on them to eliminate rendering artifacts. In Webpack, I solved this by installing copy-webpack-plugin, setting it to copy over a specific directory, and then checking for the tile maps as the files were copied. If my code found one of the tile maps, it would replace the raw output with the output from the tile extrusion function. I have spent quite a bit of time trying to find a "Parcel" way of doing this with absolutely no luck. Is it possible?
