feat: handle array of authorized pubkey

For the moment, Pathwar can only have one pub key to verify the JWT tokens.
That's mean that the users could log in only from one provider (Auth0 at the moment).

For example, we needed to deploy an other instance of Pathwar for Teritori just because the authentication does not use our Auth0 system.
