Bug - documentation-framework version gets out of sync with documentation-site

Describe the problem
The documentation-framework version gets bumped when the v6 branch has a release, but it does not bump to version listed for the documentation-site. This causes errors and makes changes to the docs framework seem to not work as it grabs the previous version of the package from NPM instead of using the local version.

Expected behavior
The documentation site package should use the local version of the documentation-framework.
