We need to improve pf.org documentation around the content used in icon tooltips.

Some guidance is included in this icons table, but it is difficult to find and cannot be linked to. Look for a new place to document these recommendations within the UX writing guides. Additionally, update the tooltip component design guidelines to add more guidance and cross-link to the UX writing doc.
