In a recent blog post, Chrome developers annonce a lots of new API and options available to the Canvas. All these options should be supported by Pencil.js, here a quick list :

  • Round rect (This is not a new module, but an addition to Rectangle options)
  • Conic Gradient
  • Text modifiers (This is not a new module, but an addition to Text options)
  • Filters ? (not sure about this one)
