how i use Counts over ddp connection

hello, my app it separates and publication it's in one and subscription its in order, what can i doe

I'm unable to understand the question. My best interpretation of what you wrote is:

1. You have an app that separates... what? Publication and subscription?
2. Publication is done somewhere called one. What that one is I cannot say.

1. Are you using Meteor, or trying to use DDP without the rest of Meteor? If the latter, I probably won't be able to help.
2. What are you trying to accomplish with publish-counts? A simple count of one collection, something more complicated?
3. Are you able to create a very basic app that uses publish-counts, or do you need help understanding how to do so?

If you have code that fails to display a count, it's best to provide that code or an example of the code (see http://sscce.org), so I can quickly identify the cause and offer an effective solution.
