WinTail solution already has "using Akka.Actor;" in code #307

In the first tutorial, there are instructions:

Then you'll need to add the using namespace to the top of Program.cs:

using Akka.Actor;

However, this using statement is already there. Either the using statement needs to be deleted, or the instruction to add it needs to be deleted.
