Queries regarding project-bot.

We are using "Project bot- https://github.com/philschatz/project-bot" as a Github app in our Github organisation account for public Github repos. Now we want to use it for our Private repos. Project bot is an open source project.
We have below question in our mind. Could you please help us with the answers.

1. if we install project-bot in our organisation then what all access the project bot will get?
2. Is this project bot making Backend request? If yes, then what are those call?
3. What is the privacy level for all bot?
