[Feature request] Structured JSON logging

We'd like to run php-pm in docker on kubernetes with logs shipped to a centralized store. Our logging solution will automatically parse json formatted logs as is pretty standard these days, it would be really nice if php-pm were able to output logs in the JSON format. Is this possible?
