RuntimeException: Unable to connect to unix domain socket #546

Some requests failed on following exception

RuntimeException: Unable to connect to unix domain socket "unix:///var/www/html/.ppm/run/5501.sock": Connection refused (ECONNREFUSED) #111 in /var/www/html/vendor/react/socket/src/UnixConnector.php:40  @  CLI (PID: 3377): vendor/bin/ppm start --config=ppm.json

I have newest version of php-pm. Can somebody help me?

I found in console error

GuzzleHttp\Exception\ClientException: Client error: `GET http://ipinfo.io/172.20.0.1/json` resulted in a `429 Too Many Requests` response: { "status": 429, "error": { "title": "Rate limit exceeded", "message": "You've hit the daily limit for the u (truncated...) #429 in /var/www/html/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Exception/RequestException.php:113

but I am confused what is source of this exception? Apache configuration, php-pm configuration or what?
Some idea?
