Regression - php.ini spelling mistake

Description

There is a spelling mistake in php.ini (a very minor issue, I know, but...).

Line 78 it should say conscious and not conscience. It was previously correct and someone changed it between PHP release 8.2.10 and 8.3.6.

I also noticed this spelling on my php.ini file. I'm using version 8.2.15.

It seems that the issue is already fixed on branches master and 8.3. But older branches have this issue yet
