Add config parameter: Enable/Disable backtick quoting

I'm always frustrated when I copy and paste from phpmyadmin query window and I have to find/replace the backtick in order to remove them

the solution I'd like

Add a user option on the web interface to enable/disable backtick quoting.

alternatives I've considered

I modified source file for my installation phpmyadmin5.2.1\libraries\classes\util.php to permanently disable quoting

The backticks are not a problem. I think we have some function to guestimate when the backticks are needed so maybe we could implement something like this.
