Implicit conversion from float 4294967295 to int loses precision SFTP.php line 450 php 8.1

I'm getting a float to int conversion error thrown on v3.0.16 when running php 8.1.9... Is this a known issue? Is there a work around?

Ahhhh this is happening because we're running a 32 bit php version... Is that still being supported?
