PHPStan dynamic property on general class

Hello !

I've this code :

/**
     * @param Request $request
     *
     * @return self
     */
    public static function fromRequest(Request $request): self
    {
        return new self(
            $request->first_name,
            $request->last_name,
            $request->phone_number,
        );
    }

I wonder, is this possible to enforce the Request class being passed (it can be a child class of Request) to have this property.

For example, here is my Request implementing that :

/**
 * @property-read string                              $first_name
 * @property-read string                              $last_name
 * @property-read string|null                         $phone_number
 * @property-read string                              $email
 * @property-read string                              $password
 * @property-read Languages                           $preferred_language
 * @property-read array{uuid?: string, name?: string} $company
 * @property-read string|null                         $verification_code
 */
class RegisterRequest extends Request
{

}

Not sure how advisable it is, but you can typehint it as Request&object{first_name: string, last_name: string, phone_number: string|null}.
