Bogus error "Creating callable from a non-native static method" when using first-class callables on static method declared by @method

Is there an intended reason why this is reported as an error? I could understand it for general __callStatic usages, but it does work just fine...

Reported as #10810, but it looks to me like this was intended (there are rules for this specific purpose) but I don't understand why ...
