Narrowing types for fields with setter injection

Sorry, I don't understand what you're trying to say, there's no question. I don't know what error you're trying to get rid of, there isn't any error related to $staticField.

You should understand that PHPStan analyses each function in isolation. When it analyses inside of sayHello() it doesn't rely on the setter being called first because sometimes it might not be.
