several extensions for the same type

with phpstan-dba I am using a bunch of phpstan extensions to make it work.

with phpstan 1.4 there is a new extension added with phpstan/phpstan-src@a9881e3

this kind-of makes phpstan-dba incompatible with phpstan 1.4.x since, phpstan-dba also registers some pdo extensions.

Require phpstan/phpstan ^1.4.1 in your extension.
