👉🏼 Steps to Reproduce

Go to Fairy Daycare in staging
Try to mark "Quicksilver Waterbay" (two children w the same name) inactive.
You cannot mark them inactive (this is b/c they are basing it on the name and not on the DHS ID)
Expected behavior: You can mark them inactive.
