As something done prior by individuals, streaming the audio of on going piano competitions has brought the community together for several days. These events always done good for the server however it's difficult to do as those who would stream are otherwise occupied and can't have their pc's running unattended at home.

Which is why it might be nice to have Pinano Bot stream audio from an internet url into a voice channel.
Like discussed in #moderation_room, we do not know how to do this yet nor how difficult it might be. All we know is that it is possible as other bots are able to do it and it would be great to have.

Quick triage comment: nice-to-have, but a little redundant given Groovy.
