Feature request: Leaderboard reaction toggle to find ourself

When looking at the #leaderboard channel, these are the reaction emotes:

As far as I can see, the W, O, L reactions don't do anything.

My feature request would be this: When pressing any of them, if the section is already on the front page, the section could find our own name instantly in that section. If the section is on a different page, it should go back to the front page.
