Unused agents not deleting and fetching agents after long waiting.

I migrated my spring boot application from 2.7.0 to 3.2.0 and we are using jenkins for CI processes. I set up my pinpoint agent in dockerfile to install it from mvn:deploy section. Then I realized there is no removal for agents when our service pod was not working properly. Another services have several agents when I looked into them and they are running.
