H265 RTP payload from Apple devices

Hi all,
I've already asked this question in webrtc-discuss https://groups.google.com/g/discuss-webrtc/c/Zc3-3hddEn0 but maybe someone worked with h265 produced by Apple devices. I have a strange rtp packet payload for h265 produced by IOS/MacOS devices and I cannot get what is it. I see pion supports h265 in latest release by H265Packet, but I cannot use it with h265 rtp payload from Apple.

Here is what Sergio Garcia Murillo just replied about this problem

There is an PR already available for fixing the h265 packetization at WebKit:

As a I side note, we are working on contributing h265 support to libdatachannel/OBS WHIP:
