Bug description

First off - I love Piskel! It's a great tool and I am very grateful that you have made it available!! Thanks in advance for any help or guidance you can offer on this. I am working with a developer who is across the technical side of things so if you need to chat in depth I can get them in on this thread if it will help.

With Piskel App embedded on a site I am working on, the export function fails to build a GIF for download or URL. This issue occurs on both Chrome and Brave browsers. Attempted in multiple sessions of both short and long duration.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. go to https://app-v2-mu.vercel.app/create
  2. create an animation
  3. try to export/generate url

Environment details

  • operating system: Windows
  • browser (or offline application version): Chrome and Brave - neither work

Sprite details

  • number of frames: many variants tried, same issue each time
  • sprite resolution: many canvas sizes tried, same issue each time
  • session duration: both long and short sessions have been tried, same issue each time

Feel free to include a screenshot of the bug, a .piskel file of the sprite or anything else that can help us investigate.
