upload step missing

Document is missing the step to upload the ipsec release with bosh upload release ipsec-NEW_VERSION.tgz.

Could you help or suggest someone who can help with this?

• Presumably there need to be instructions on getting the NEW-VERSION.tgz file.

• Then, for the uploading command, we'll need two versions, one for the BOSH CLI v1 and then the different command for v2 (bosh -e BOSH-ENVIRONMENT upload-release PATH-TO-RELEASE-FILE/NEW-VERSION.tgz ?)
