You shouldn't use Graphics, use mesh in line drawing mode.
Vertices Buffer [ax, ay, bx, by .... aNx, aNy, bNx, bNy] can be rendered as lines without super overhead of graphic.
Color can be stored as colorBuffer of mesh aswel
