Feature Suggestion: Ability to specify search by Author or Title of piece

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I noticed that it was clunky- I wanted to see if the resource library had an article that I knew was published by Nathan Schneider, but my search request returned the dozens upon dozens of articles that Nathan is mentioned in, instead of being able to specify that Author was Nathan Schneider

Somehow an ability to specify in the search parameters that you are searching for this author, or this specific title, if it's not too complicated

Something similar/akin to the search at https://ioo.coop/library/

Additional context

Just a suggestion- I have no idea if its too complicated to include in the coding, or if it would get tricky design wise, but I thought it might be more helpful to submit here than in the meeting notes for the week
