Feature Suggestion: Making Publication/Publisher clickable if there's a link

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We've, as much and as consistently as possible, been including the links to Publications and Publishers as we've entered that information. A lot of the time the publications are really interesting and cool websites that people would benefit from finding a link to. In what I've seen, I haven't been able to click on the name of the publication and be taken to that link.

Making the Publication/Publisher clickable if there is a hyperlink submitted with it

I again don't know if this is complicated coding/design wise, or if this is already something you're aware of, so if it is my apologies- just a little detail I noticed. I wouldn't want these links we've been adding to these cool websites to go undocumented in the library.
