Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

For the Tool Library (and eventually, likely the Resource Library as well), we'd like to allow users to authenticate via their CMDI accounts.

Describe the solution you'd like

Authenticated OAuth users should have CRUD access to their individual profiles and the profile(s) of co-ops they have created if available.

Once this initial feature set is in place, further enhancements will be needed, but these will be captured in subsequent tickets.

Not applicable.
