Description

With the upcoming Sphinx 5, docutils 0.18.x will work with it. We have pinned docutils<0.17,>=0.15.

Once we bump or unpin sphinx-book-theme<=0.3.99, we should also look at bumping or unpinning docutils in our requirements files.

Dark mode is in executablebooks/sphinx-book-theme#597. We are awaiting release of 0.3.4. Contributions to that project to help push it forward would be welcome. See checklist of todos: executablebooks/sphinx-book-theme#265
